Completing Payment
By purchasing from us you agree to complete payment within 7 days of sale (if you choose to pay via bank), otherwise the sale will be cancelled, and a 10% sales cancellation fee will be applied. This cancellation fee applies to layby and change of mind cancellations as well. 

We do not warrant that the Web Site will be accessible or uninterrupted on a timely basis. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions obliges us to continue operating all or any part of the Web Site. We may alter or close the Web Site down at any time without any liability on our part.

You agree that your access to, and use of, this site is subject to these terms and all applicable laws, and is at your own risk. Applicable Law
This site is created and controlled by iSquare. Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. This site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the site from.

Warranty & Refund
All of our products come with a standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
Some items, such as our massage chair and hot tub product range have extendable warranties up to 5 years.

Courier Facility Disclaimer
We do not own any of the courier services, therefore we do not control any part of the courier's actions / non-actions.
We book the courier on the customer's behalf. We provide tracking number for the item, and /or contact of the courier for the delivery.
However we have no control over the courier's delivery schedule.
As such we cannot make promise of a specific delivery date and / or time. 
Any issues with delivery timing will need to be taken up with the courier directly.

Returns and Refunds
- Before sending any item for returns, please ensure you have the approval from our team first via, as any un-authorised returns will be sent back to the sender.
- For any item that is said to be faulty but is found to not be faulty, management can charge an admin fee + return postage fee at their discretion.
- All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
- Other than in accordance with the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee, refunds are strictly limited to those available under clauses implied by statute.
- The Customer must comply with directions from staff to facilitate a return.
- Returned Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. We take no responsibility for Products lost in transit.

7 days money back guarantee
At innovation Square, we stand behind ALL our product! That's why we offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If an iSquare customer is unsatisfied with their item after taking delivery, they can contact us within 7 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

  1. In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify iSquare Support by emailing us to within 7 days of taking delivery of their iSquare Product and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of iSquare staff in order to facilitate a refund.
  2. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer's Order. Where items were ordered under "Free Shipping" promotions, the refund will be deducted by delivery charges that will be equal to the current website delivery rates.
  3. If the item was advertised as free delivery on the day of purchase, we will have to deduct the cost of sending the goods to the customer from the purchase price prior to refund. 
  4. The 7 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their iSquare product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
  5. The iSquare product must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund.
  6. The product must not have been used, i.e. still brand new. 
  7. Returned products must be returned in accordance with the Refunds and returns section of this terms and conditions. This includes being returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and in re-saleable condition.
  8. Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost. If they are unable to find a way to return the products, iSquare may organise a courier to pick up the products from the customer. Where iSquare organises a courier to pick up the products, the customer will be charged the same amount as the Delivery Cost listed in their Order to cover the cost of returning the products. Where items were ordered under "Free Shipping" promotions, the return delivery charge will be equal to the current website delivery rates.
  9. After receiving the returned iSquare Products, iSquare will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. iSquare accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
  10. 7 Days money back guarantee does not apply to customers who purchase the item on pre-order or Finance or LayBy or on Sale (discounts/vouchers). 7 Days money back guarantee only applies to Full fee paying customer who pays upfront. 
  11. innovation Square reserves the right to make changes to these 7 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
  12. This 7 days money back guarantee is separate and is on top of the Australian Consumer Law which all customers are entitled to.

Australian Consumer Law
This is an Australian based website, and as such our goods are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
