What happen if I receive a damaged item?
As we are using a 3rd party for our courier company, there may be a rare occasion that your item received is damaged. In that case, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and we’ll provide the full instruction on how to send the item back. Once we've received the damaged item back, we will immediately send you with the brand new replacement.
